Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the AI Influencer website and creator studio at ai-influencer.anusoft.biz. By using the studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the studio.
What the service does
AI Influencer lets you preview a video you select from your device, connect a TikTok account, and transfer that video to TikTok as a draft. You finish editing and decide whether to publish inside TikTok. The service does not publicly post a video on your behalf through this draft workflow.
Your account and content
You must control the TikTok account you connect and have all rights and permissions needed for any video you upload. Do not submit unlawful content, content that infringes another person's rights, or content you are not authorized to use. You remain responsible for your content, captions, and publishing choices. TikTok's own terms and community rules apply when you use its service.
Authorization and disconnecting
Connecting TikTok gives this service the permissions shown in TikTok's authorization screen, currently basic profile information and draft video upload. You can disconnect in the studio. You may also revoke access in TikTok's settings. Disconnecting ends this site's stored session; it does not remove drafts or posts already held by TikTok.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted service or that every transfer will succeed. TikTok may change its APIs, limits, or eligibility rules. We may change the service or these Terms; the current version and effective date will be posted here.
